By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity, you are legally authorized to enter into binding commercial agreements, and all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and availability are accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cangus International Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not considered confirmed until written confirmation or invoicing is provided. Minimum order quantities may apply.

All prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment terms will be specified in invoices or contractual agreements. Late payments may result in order delays, suspension of service, or additional charges. All applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and Risk Transfer
Delivery terms will be agreed upon at the time of order, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc. The Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, transportation disruptions, or customs delays.

7. Quality and Inspection
Buyers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery. Any claims relating to damaged goods, incorrect quantities, or quality issues must be reported in writing within [X] hours or days of receipt. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
